The research teams of “Harvard Business Review” of Chinese and English editions have jointly published the annual list of “China Top 100 Best-Performing CEOs in 2017”, in which Xue Jiping, President of ZTT, has risen from the 99th of last year to the 77th.

This time, the standards for eligibility have also incorporated the aspect of sustainable development, i.e. the companies’ environmental, social and governing (SEG) achievements, as an important parameter, apart from the list’s traditional emphasis on changes in shareholders’ return and market capitalization. ZTT has seen remarkable improvements in all these four parameters compared with the past year.

For ZTT, which is a listed company, there is nothing better than an above-trend performance report to recommend itself to the list. In the semi-annual report of 2017, the operating revenue is 12.301 billion CNY, increasing by 33.66% on year-on-year basis; net profit that can be given to its shareholders of the listed company is 950 million CNY, increasing by 30.63% on year-on-year basis. In the eye-dazzling financial report of ZTT, its operating income and net profit have seen many double-digit growths.

As one of the most influential business magazines in the world, HBR’s List of Top 100 Best-Performing CEOs pays more attention to the long-term performance of the entrepreneurs, including their tenacity of performance against the background of an ever-changing world.
