Recently, ZTT India has been awarded the Turnkey Project of Electrified Construction on the Existing Line of RRVPN, an Indian Rajastan power company, fully demonstrating the comprehensive strength of China's intelligent cable manufacturing, and further consolidating the global leading position of ZTT as the world-leading provider of integrated services covering the whole value chain.

Up till now, the Turnkey Project of Electrified Construction on the Existing Line of RRVPN which was developed by Rajastan electric power company, is not only the largest intelligent grid renovation project in India, but also the biggest single project being open for tendering among the world’s electrified construction turnkey projects. Winning the turnkey project is another breakthrough of ZTT, which is the result of its hard working in the Indian market for a long time. It is reported that, since early 2014, ZTT India Representative Office has been promoting its technical and business solutions to RRVPN according to its electricity demand plans, providing EPC solutions according to its needs and providing detailed project budgets. From 2015 to 2016, ZTT India representative Office has been following on the project, fully cooperating with RRVPN to make project planning and submitting them for approval. Through three years of unremitting efforts, ZTT India finally successfully won the bidding of the project, with a total quantity of 14045 kilometers and a total amount of 3.6725 billion rupees, which is equivalent to 370 million CNY, breaking its record on the tendering for single largest overseas projects and the record of undertaking of the largest turnkey project, and adding the success in its transformational development.

Since its entry into the India market in 2008, ZTT has forged extensive industrial influence and brand reputation in the India market and the whole South Asia with the best product quality and delivery of the projects. Its OPGW has enjoyed a market penetration of more than 70% in India. In 2012, in order to continuously upgrade its global strategy, and further materialize its international visions, ZTT set up ZTT India, which is its first wholly owned overseas factory in India, and is primarily engaged in the production and sales of OPGW. It has witnessed 5 years of transformational development, and in the past three years ZTT has supplied 20,000 kilometers of OPGW in India’s local market alone. In addition, ZTT India has been awarded over 24,000 kilometers in the OPGW electrified construction and completed construction of more than 5,000 kilometers, making it as the only China’s enterprise implementing electrified construction in the Indian market as well as the enterprise with the largest construction quantity in the Indian market so far.
