The zero carbon factory verificationcertificate is issued by TUV SUD, acting as the third-party validation and verification body.

Verified achievements during the covered time period include compliance with basic management requirements, infrastructure, energy and carbon emission functional information management systems, energy and resource use, product standards, greenhouse gas emission reduction implementation, and carbon offset implementation. The factories have been verified to meet technical standards, achieving Type I and a Five-Star level.

 "Zero Carbon Factory" refers to a factory that, within a specific period (usually annually), calculates and manages greenhouse gas emissions within defined boundaries. These factories achieve net-zero carbon emissions through autonomous reduction, implementation of emission reduction projects beyond the accounting boundary, or offsetting emissions using an equivalent quantity of carbon credits.
