Recently, yearly China Wire & Cable Industry Conference was held in Shanghai, revealing the list of “The winner of the Top 10 competitiveness enterprises of 2018 in the wire & cable Industry of China”, and ZTT ranked Top 3 in this list.
The selection event was jointly completed by China Cable Industry Competitiveness Research Project Team (CCICRPT), which was comprised by China Electrical Equipment Industry Association Wire and Cable Branch and Cable Information Research Institute.
CCICRPT adhered to the principle of fair, just and open selection, strictly reviewed annual reports of listed companies, comprehensively analyzed the data and visited and verified 9 major indicators including the scale, benefit and growth of verified business and soft data indicators involving technological innovation, product quality, brand image, entrepreneur management level and industry contribution, to accurately calculated repeatedly verify, striving to make the selection process more objective and fair, and evaluation results more authoritative and accurate.
ZTT was the latecomer in the fields like the optical fiber communication, power cable industry or photovoltaic power generation industry. However, ZTT was top proficient in seeking truth and being pragmatic to achieve short cut surpass, overcome difficulties and break through key technologies in the fields involving the fiber-optic communications, smart grid, ultra-high-voltage power transmission, high-voltage flexible power cable, submarine cable & submarine fiber optic cable, marine system and equipment engineering , forming a competitive advantage. The products are widely used in major domestic and foreign engineering projects.
Xie Shuhong, chief engineer of ZTT Group and dean of ZTT Institute, accepted the award on behalf of the company. He said he benefited a lot from this meeting. In the new era, ZTT will participate in global economic spatial allocation with up-to-date theories, new thinking and novel strategies, seize emerging opportunities for transformation and upgrading, and boot sustainable development for the wire and cable industry.
