ZTT has more than 70 years of experience in conductor production for overhead transmission line; the current annual capacity is 140,000 tons for conventional conductors and 60,000 tons for up-rating conductors.

Reference Standards


The products meet the international standards of IEC, ASTM, BSI, AS, CSA etc. and can be manufactured according to customers’ requirements. ZTT also can design and produce up-rating and big crossing conductors according to transmission line and meteorological conditions.

●INVAR Conductor acc. to IEC 61089, IEC 62219, IEC 62004 std.

-Old transmission line transformation. Double capacity, low sag performance.

●GAP Conductor acc. to IEC 62219, IEC 62004 std.

-Old transmission line transformation. Double capacity, low sag performance.

●ACSS Conductor acc. to ASTM B856, ASTM B857std.

-Reduce the transmission line loss and increase the capacity.




Advantages



ZTT is the one who first concentrates on the development and production of big cross section and big length steel core aluminum stranded wire, high strength aluminum alloy conductors, thermal-resistant aluminum alloy conductor and series products etc.

The products have attained the international advanced level and passed the identification of two Ministries in May of 2011.

 



ZTT all kinds of special conductors including big long span, cross section, high strength aluminum alloy conductors, and thermal-resistant conductors have been mass applied in domestic key project. It has widely exported to Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and etc.
